    Well located for City visiy

The location is on a busy road junction and this makes it very noisy. The windows are old sash windows which cannot be properly closed and therefore affords no protection from the noise. It was very difficult to sleep due to the noise from revellers and traffic. there was no hot water for 2 day of my stay.

location was ok, room was spacious

The photos on the websites are totally misleading. I could not get a useable signal on the hotels wifi (main reason for final choice of this hotel), No curtains and obsolete ill fitting metal windows which would not close lead to drafts and excessive noise. bed so uncomfortable that I slept on the couch for half of the night. Kettle had to be placed on floor because lead would not reach sockets. Enamel in bath was badly chipped. Fittings in room looked very low budget. I had a more comfortable night recently in a $25 a night motel near Chicago. In general very overpriced.

i liked just that is an apartment with kitchen facilities and with a table and sofa

it's too expensive ,even if the location is central.all the apartment seems quite old ,also bathroom and dining room, but is clean

The location is good, near the Green Park tube station and Green and Hyde Parks. It's on a nice street with lots of cafes, groceries, and restaurants around. The apartment was spacious; having a separate living room is always nice with young children. It was nice to have a refrigerator even though it was fairly small, but there was no oven, only a small stove top.

The service was acceptable but not especially friendly or helpful. Our family that we were visiting stayed at the Browns, and we used their concierge for everything. The hotel is dingy, not decorated, and fairly dirty. The beds were rock hard. Our room faced a side street, but it was still fairly noisy until late at night and starting with traffic early in the morning. The best thing about the hotel was that there was nothing my kids could do to ruin it.

The location was great. A minute from green park and piccadilly and a short walk to oxford street.

The apartment was vast but the decor was so old to be beyond belief, although it was clean and the beds comfy. If the owners just went to Ikea and modernised the fittings and furniture. I wouldn't stay expecting to cook in what they called a kitchen - 1 metre square but only just - with two ancient electric hobs and laughable pots and pans.... For one night ok but no longer. The staff were great though and its a shame they don;t have some where to work that wasn't so out of date...

The location of this hotel is great - close to all the theatres, shops, Hyde Park and transport. The apartment was spacious.

It was very hot and very noisy from the traffic below. There was no airconditioning in the bedroom and the bed was hard. The only airconditioning was in the living room and it didn't work very well and there was no airconditioning in the bedroom. Because the traffic was so loud, we couldn't have the window open to cool the room down. It was a very basic apartment and very expensive for the standard of room.

The location is good, the staff try , but as soon as you step into the lift the positive comments have to stop.

The whole place is shabby and uncared for, the rooms looked like they hadn't been painted since 1970. The rooms have hardly any furniture, no pictures on the walls, the saddest kitchen and bathroom ever. It is so over priced, we normally stay in the hotel across the road, which is fantasic,( sadly it was full) and less expensive.! The locks on the apartment doors look like I put them in, just a hole in the door, they haven't even invested the £2 it would have cost to put surround around the hole! The wifi is free, but to get it to work, you need to stand it in the corridor ! Not somewhere I will ever be returning to.

Overall good appartment. Fantastic location as we were in London on business and had to be in Mayfair area. Clean, basic and more or less reasonable in comparison with other options. Helpful staff. Issues with wireless which was needed for our trip and was not on all the time. Overall good experience, but probably need a bit of updating...but the price may go up then.

The staff at the Curzon Plaza Mayfair are brilliant and the most helpful of anywhere we have stayed. The rooms are adequate and the location brilliant but overall it is the staff that are the greatest asset

The thing I liked best was the location.

The hotel is too old to be used as a service for what they are charging. The shower curtains were old and filthy as was the shower and the carpet was disgusting, the kithcenette was awful, it needs a rehaul, with a little care a lot can be improved, the location is amazing.

    Easy access and friendly staff

The process to get youor key if you hand it in each day as is requested. You have to wait for checkin/checkout people when there should be a faster process.Someone was smoking in teh hotel and several times our room stunk of smoke.

The location is very good. You can walk to many central places in London.

Furnitures are very old. But the most important part is; I heard some noice in the shower at night. I didn't mind about it the first night, but second night, I wanted to see. What I saw was that, all dirty water comes out from the bathtube.. Was very interesting. Also people should be warned about that they will not find any drop of drinks in the water, they have to walk to Piccadily (I don't know any other nearer place) to find water or something else to drink.

It is central, near the shops and attractions. Staff were helpful. The accommodation is spacious.

The accommodation is run down and in need of renovation. Carpets were dirty and stained. Decor is tired.

the only thing was the location

the room was nothing like the pictures on the web site, bathroom old and stained, bed and pillows were well used and lumpy.

bed was hard, road noise, no curtains
